Don’t forget to clean your tongue as part of your oral hygiene routine. Bacteria and food particles can accumulate on the surface of the tongue, contributing to bad breath and oral health problems. Use a tongue scraper or the bristles of your toothbrush to gently clean your tongue from back to front, removing any debris and bacteria. Repeat this process a few times to ensure thorough cleaning.
